30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the purchase (NOT product faulty), please contact us first, we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have to avoid unnecessary returns. You can return the product(s) within 30 days of purchase for a product refund minus a 15% restocking fee provided the product(s) is in like-new condition and are in their original packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we do not provide return shipping label.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at support@gerberacoffee.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item with photos of the item, we will prioritize resolving the issue and make it right.
To return your product, you should contact our mail.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are not eligible for return, including final sales items and personalized or custom-made products. These items are crafted specially for you and are non-returnable. Please check the product description or contact us for questions regarding the eligibility of specific items.
